november 9 2020 153.5, blood sugar 141.
ate too much Saturday, all keto, but 1600 probably.Did better Sunday but It will take time to get down again. Hopefully a lb or two less when that happens. Did better Sunday but ate an orange before bedtime. Don't need extra sugar at that time.
