Slept in and got a 232.6 weigh-in, down 2.7 from yesterday. Having protein coffee for lunch and we will see where the rest of the day takes us. An absolutely gorgeous 75-degree day here in Southern Maryland. I hope you have a nice Sunday wherever you are. UPDATE: Protein coffee at noon and then fasted until 6 pm, when we had some HelloFresh chipotle chicken. But weighed 233.4 before dinner. Another light eating day on tap tomorrow as I rededicate myself to hitting calorie goals.
