betul bgttttt...mindset aku yg sblmnya olahraga itu cuma sbgai support, pdhal tnpa olahraga bkal ringkih bgt pasti diet ny. defisit extremely blm tentu cpet trun, krna badan kita akan beradaptasi, blm lagi nnti masa otot trun metabolisme yg lemah, jd pembakaran lemak lebih ngirit lg. smoga kita istiqomah. aamiin
