I still don't feel comfortable in my body and i feel strange posting those kind of pictures but my friends have been telling me that i should. My 3 month progress guys. I have to work on my stomach and hips a lot more. Maybe you can give me some advice ☺️

I forgot to add on the last set after you raise your legs you then tap your toe to the ground alternatively. I guess these are just called pelvic tilts. They are for reducing low back pain but they really tighten the abs too. I think self esteem is improved with looking on the inside and thinking about why you don't feel comfortable in your body. External changes may improve or worsen your health, and sometimes they are necessary for health reasons, but no beauty standard is "necessary", and I think you should have that in mind. No external change will solve any issues you have with yourself. It's important to work on self love more than on your hips or your stomach, and that is what will truly make you feel better. Also I think the rate at which you're losing weight is not very healthy, as the recommended amount is 0.5% to 1% per week (that's the guidance we're using with my dietitian) so you could eat a bit more. Hell, you could eat a lot more if you complement your diet with exercise, which will give you more energy, strength, etc (I don't know if you're doing this already, it's the general advice). Anyways good luck on your endeavour, and congratulations for having a plan and sticking to it, self improvement is always worthy.

You looks super tbh !:) But if you want more I think the key is in they calories Cut the calories and you weight will go down + do workout 🏋️‍♂️ On the zone you want have muscles So calories cut + workout = profit
