Went back to the gym today for inside out bar class. It was tough but I did it. Hamstring ok. Lunch at applausi was another round of salmon and of course the bread looked amazing but I
Couldnt have any. I smelled it though. So nice. Appetite ruined when a lady at the next table blew her nose into her cloth napkin. So disgusting.
BC is late tonight so the ricotta souffle will be for NINE o'clock and I'm annoyed by that but can't do anything about it. I hate eating late. Beautiful strawberries for pavlova tonight. Thrilled weight is under 180. It is a Christmas miracle.
