2009! Well, I'm 6kg lighter than I was this time last year & 12kg lighter than this time 2 years ago.
Not a dramatic weightloss, but it took me 40 years to get to this weight....the bad news...at this rate I'll be 50 before I'm at my goal weight...that's too long!
so my 2009 goal is...hit 100kg by Jun 1st next year. Time to pick-up the pace.
