DAY 7 🧟‍♀️

Bfast: clover honey and water ( 1pm)
Lunch: ayam goreng, tahu tempe goreng, nasi putih, sambel+kecap
Dinner: lele goreng, mango 1pcs

Snack: nissin cheese crackers 30gr
-
Workout: kurang lebih 30 menit consists of lily sabri (kuat 10 menit soalnya mulai wo 1 jam after snacks dan pengen muntah), 10 menit abs wo, 10 menit arm wo punya Pamela Reif.

Conclusion: mending wo before eat lol
IF: 16/8 besok IF 18:6
