Eh sorry total kalori 285 kalorii, salah input hehe. Resepnya 140 gr kembang kol dicuci bersih. Abis itu diblender kasar. Terus udah dimasak aja pake teflon sampe kecoklatan. Bumbunya pake bumbu instan nasi goreng Bambu.
Kalo ceploknya pake olive oil 1 sdm.
