Today was disastrous but delicious. Cooked all morning and made really great food but I am double my carb allotment for the day. The good news is that I have protein for the next year because there is so much turkey left. Going back to equinox ASAP.

Carbs be cursed. Right? I more then tripled my carbs. Just topped off the day with a small slice of pumpkin and blueberry pie. I too will be living on turkey for a while. Actually for a long time. Had 2 butterballs in the freezer then found a fresh one for .99 at Wegman's and had to get that. So turkey will be on the table quite often. But I love it.

wow, isn't it a shame that body image or size or weight rules us so much. You have to feed your soul too girl, enjoy the food, most of it looks real and healthy and so what that it'll take a few days to get back on track. I think it's horrible how we almost lash ourselves before during and after these occasions. Eat and enjoy and so what, the senses were meant to be fed. What should not happen is gluttony on a daily basis. But one meal? one day?I think it's basically the same rule as AA it's not what you eat it is what rules you, Are you controlling the food or is it controlling you... so stop beating yourself up and think of the positive happy times of the day . Now on to what to do with all that leftover turkey! so many wonderful recipes out there.. mmmmmm
