Continuing success! I certainly have a great deal to be thankful for this year, not the least of which is this ongoing steady weight decline. I just couldn't be more pleased with the results to date. Just have to make sure that I follow through and ride this train to the end of the line and then make sure that I maintain my weight at a healthy level and keep up the exercise regimen once I hit my goals.
