So ... today is the last day of the 6th week of a 12-week push. As I mentioned in my last journal entry, I've been doing 21-Day Metashred on M, W and F, and Riptensity on T, and Th. I'm a month and a half in and I have a month and a half to go before I take a rest week.

I know I complained about the fact that I didn't lose 5 lbs. this month but deep down I feel pretty positive because I know my body is changing. I can literally see the increased muscle tone. Do you know how badass it is to see muscles on your body that you have literally NEVER seen in your life? I'm 37 and I'm getting frickin' abs!

I haven't had abs since I was 20 years old. I'm super grateful for my journey and I know I'm just beginning. I've given myself 24 months to get to a stage where I can feel comfortable about switching over to maintenance mode and not push so hard.

I appreciate all the support you guys give me. It means a lot to receive the advice and encouragement. Seeing the results helps too HAHA.
