Herb & Cheese Omelet▪️Butter-sauteed Cauliflower Mushroom

Found a 1 lb Cauliflower Mushroom (1st one) yesterday. It could be my new favorite mushroom. Tastes like an earthy cauliflower with chicken jus and it's crunchy like kale
