150 gram gram tahu putih
1 ikat bayam (aku pake horenzo) iris²
2 jamur campignon slice tipis
1 wortel ukuran sedang, iris korek api.
1 siung bawang putih
1/4 bawang bombay
1 sdm saus tiram
Lada + garam

Tumis bawang putih, bawang bombay. Terus masukin wortel sama jamur, masak sampe layu.
Tambahkan tahu, hancurkan. Tumis sampe kadar air di tahunya ilang.
Masukkan bayam, tumis sampai layu.
Terus seasoning pake lada, garam sama saus tiram
