Went to Equinox this morning for my daily torture of weights, barre class and running on the treadmill. Weighed in actually lower than yesterday but it could have been a temporary thing because it said 184 which is crazy low for me.
Had a hard boiled egg this morning because I have to have protein according to the doctor and then lunch was a little green salad with no dressing and the 12 piece sashimi lunch which I kind of picked at but ended up eating all of it haha.
So far I am well within my 40 carb limit for the day. Now I get to go to my Ina Garten cooking class for Thanksgiving sides and it's a good thing I ate beforehand because I have absolutely NO interest in eating anything right now.
