hr ini mkn bar2, sarapan soto bandung ku abisin semua sama kuah santannya. mkn siang & mlm bikin ayam geprek ala2 500kal/porsi, ngemil jeruk 1 sm roma sari gandum 1 keping. ntah slh input apa gmna kalori masih sisa 230 dr 1700.
