Jus pisang (dibekuin dr semlm), bayem, susu uht 120ml (setengah kotak). Buat gue yg lagi PMS, mau nya ngemil mulu. Bertahan plisss badan akuuu. Jangan lebih dr kalori harian 😩🙏
