After a long stall, I am finally losing weight again. I've dropped from 168 to 163 in about 1 week. If I stay on my normal routine, I'll lose another 5lb within the next week. I am sticking to induction faithfully and increasing my water intake to hit this goal.
If I can get under 155 before Christmas, then I'll be able to relax a bit over the holiday. Food is a big thing in our family, both cooking and eating. I'll be a lot wiser this year than I have been in the past. I can imagine that I've had years where I gained 20lb over the Christmas holidays.
That means I need to lose 8lb in 14 days - exactly 2 weeks.
