So proud of myself, went to bed early last night and got up early today. I don't normally eat breakfast, but I'm starting to. Right now I'm not so worry about calories as I have a tendency to starve myself as I would worry about going over. So right now, I'm just going to work on eating three meals a day including snacks in-between and getting on a better schedules. One step at a time.

Peanut butter & apricot Preserves Sandwich, Chips, Banana, Raisins, and Hot Cocoa.
