I'm back to get serious again. I ironically am at 162 lbs even since July 07! However, what you don't know is that I creeped up to 177 and have recently been dieting to get back to 162 so I could jump in where I left off. Weehee! I'm there! I'm thinking another 15-20 lbs. off would be nice.
