Tahu di marinasi pake saus bbq, aku pake saus bbq yang merk korea ya, gak ngerti merk nya apa karena tulisan korea semu 🤔.
Aku pake 3 blok tahu kecil aku potong 2.
Untuk 3 blok ini aku pake saus 3sdm.
Rendam di saus bbq, simpan di kulkas +- 1 jam.
Terus di pan fry aja di teflon anti lengket, kalo pinggirannya mulai kecoklatan, saus sisa rendaman siram ke tahunya. Masak sebentar sampai saus bbq kering dan tahu kecoklatan.
