Sarapan pagi ini 285 kalori tp alhamdulillah udh kenyang. Krn BMR turun, kalori harian juga hrs turun. Pake pisang sunpride cuma setengah (dibekuin dr semlm), susu uht 120ml, bayam, oatmeal 4sdm, dan kali ini gapake kurma biar kalori tetep rendah.
