I decided when I will have my “cheat day” where I don’t count calories. The Friday before Halloween, my office is having a pot luck and I fully intend on bringing Mac n cheese 😍🥰 now I have a reward on the horizon! I can make it to the 30th without breaking my calorie deficit 👌🏻 about 2 weeks now
