Best thing about being on a calorie deficit “diet” is that you aren’t restricting ANY foods. While healthy option allow you to have more food, you can still have the option to get a smaller portion of something you’re craving. Chick fil a Mac and cheese is my deserted island food so I couldn’t be on. A diet that didn’t allow me to give in just a little. MODERATION FRIENDS
