Uggh! I can't believe how much I ate for dinner! I have been doing very well all week and most of the day. We went out for dinner tonight and instead of a salad or something sensible, I ordered everything smothered in cheese and guacomole. I didn't eat everything, but I'm so full it's disgusting! Yuck! Maybe that will teach me! So much for making it out of the 140's this week. It'll take forever to burn off these extra calories.
