I am so proud of myself so far today. I played pickleball which is not a choice on the menu of exercise but it is much like badminton...and played for 2 hours and played quite well. I also did my Jillian Michaels workout dvd for an intense 25 minutes. I am doing Ripped in 30 and am on week 2 day 5! I love Jillian Michael dvd's. I especially loved 30 day shred and Trouble zones. Last Dec. 1st I came back from Southern California weighing 150 pounds. I now weigh 120 and that was my goal. I kept a journal for my daily workouts and for caloric intake. I kept myself to about 1300-15oo cals per day and slowly lost the weight. I also biked but am not doing that now as it is cold and wet here in Vancouver, BC. I like to bike only in Spring, Summer, and early Fall. Well that is it for now. I am also a huge fan of the biggest loser and that really inspired me to workout and eat properly and count calories every day, which I plan on doing for life.

Where can I get it. I need a DVD to ignite my fire to exercise

Start out with the easier Jillian Michaels DVD's. "Frontside for beginners" and Backside for beginners and then progress. They are all good but I love her 20 minuted ones. They are intense but just follow the modified person on the DVD if it is too hard. Just do your best. I promise, if you do it everyday you will get stronger quite fast. You will be able to keep up and you will feel how much stronger you are getting. Then, start doing the 2nd and 3rd levels. You will be surprised. But, just do it! Check out all of her DVD's on Amazon
