Feeling groggy is crippling so I do think a workout will help you. Drink lots of water while you’re fasting because it takes energy to even process water through your system and helps your body in many ways. I wish you luck because I don’t want to let this conquer you. When you know your body and you feel like you have a gain, it can be just retaining fluids, and it can be depressing when you’re trying to lose. So do what you think is right, but don’t let yourself get in the dumps. We need to look at our blessings at times - have a great day and look at the bright side. 😊👍😁❤️

First of, you are absolutely gorgeous in your profile pic! Second, sounds like you've got a great plan in place for success. For me personally, working out has done wonders for my depression as well as my waistline thanks to the endorphin release. You got this!

You know I actually have black tea but I've been drinking only water for several months now, that I forgot about it lol. Thanks Jenny I'll try that next time. 😊
