well good morning i feel good today im finally get over this bronchitis. when i woke up this morning i felt a little thinner. I dont own a scale yet so i cant weigh my self yet. I am guessing that is some what of a good thing so im not consistently weighing my self. Those of you who asked im fallowing the Atkins book called the new Atkins for a new you. today fells like its going to be a good day.
