Dinner jam 5 sore tadi. Bubur ayam bayem oatmeal. Kalori 400. Tp alhamdulillah kenyang. Tumis baput bamer, ksh air, masukin oatmeal, bayem, seledri, telur (terserah mau diaduk/jadi topping), totole 1sdm. Terakhir ksh topping dada ayam rebus.

kak..oatmeal nya itu lsg di masukin ke teflon/panci ap di cairkan dlu dengan air?

@mvalentine : abis tumis baput bamer, masukin air ke telflon, baru masukin oatmeal, bayem, seledri, totole. Aduk sebentar, udh deh. Kl mau masukin telor juga bisa biar tambah kentel.
