I have been doing Atkins for 8day's now and i feel good and now as sleepy as i had been. I am doing this to get back on track with my wight. This is all new to me since I have never had to diet in my life. I guess as most say never say never. I had my 3 baby and a few surgery's and all went to hell . Now i have over 100 and something pounds to lose. I have found my self really fighting the good fight this time and not giving in to all the sugar,breads,and pasta.
111.6 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 60.3 kg.    Diet followed: Not Applicable.

Hi Moonshadow and Welcome! Which Atkins are you following? The best advice I can give is to cut out all pasta, potatoes, rice, breads, and sugars. Follow whichever Atkins you are doing to plan - no cheats and NEVER GIVE UP. I would also use a keto calculator like http://keto-calculator.ankerl. com to get a good idea of your macros.
