Resep pepes dada ayam :
- 1 dada ayam
- 3 bawang merah
- 1 bawang putih besar
- 4 cabai merah
- 3 cabai rawit merah
- kemangi, sereh dan daun jeruk
- Kunyit
- Royco sedikit sesuai selera.......
Cara Buat :
- Haluskan bawang, kunyit, cabai kemudian tumis di teflon anti lengket dan masukan sereh, daun jeruk, no minyak yaa numisnya smpai harum
- beri royco sedikit supaya bumbu ada rasa..
- stlah harum lumuri pd dada ayam dan beri kemangi
- kukus sampai matang..
