I'm feeling like a total slacker for not getting any structured exercise today or yesterday. The snow and driving conditions were still pretty bad today. I didn't go to work either, but I did go sledding with my kids for a couple of hours. That must have burned some calories. Right? There's still hope maybe I'll get off my behind and go do some weights. Maybe...

of course sledding counts as exercise, anything that gets you moving counts and burns calories. AND you got to spend quality time with your children. don't be discouraged and try again tomorrow. good luck
