I've decided to start weighing in on Mon, Wed, & Fri's even tho I know only Sun mornings will count as the accurate weigh in. I have found that weighing in DURING the wk helps me keep good habits at the forefront of my mind & easier for me to implement into the lifestyle I'm creating for myself. I have also discovered after going thru my closet & getting rid of clothes that are now too big for me (YAAAY ME!)that getting rid of clothes that doesn't reflect the image theRealMe wants to reflect,has been a huge boost as now when I get dressed I like everything I put on which is great at helping me to like myself....another way to love ME. As is wearing makeup,even tho it looks natural *I* feel that it enhances my appearance,& what *I* think IS what matters.This lifestyle improvement is for me,is being carried out by me & is important to me.....others need not agree,but their opinion...? Is just that.
