I’m starting from scratch again I am now the heaviest I’ve ever been and think it’s time to get serious about my weight loss and making it to my goal. I have lost a significant amount of weight before so I know that I can do it I have been very inconsistent in the past year logging my food logging my calories I have went through break ups binge drinking stress and emotional instability food has always been something I can control and it will feel good having control over at least one part of my life so beginning now I am working on a 1700 cal diet wish me luck.

Oh girl, it is good to see you back! It has been really tough for for you lately, but to feel in control of your eating and fitness can only make things better. If this was easy none of us would be here! You can do do it! Just one day at a time... One meal at a time. Donyou have a specific plan for what you want to do? Are there things you have done in the past that makes it easier for you? Hang in there! There is a lot of support here! ❤️

I stick with a calorie deficit, eating repetitive meals makes everything easy.
