Yikes! Today was not such a good day. Work days are always the hardest. I tried to be good and packed a lunch and even some carrot sticks for snacks. I did pretty well until about 1pm. I ate my snack, but then it started snowing out and practically everyone else left to go home. I didn't get my lunch break or even a chance to grab my salad out of my car. So instead I snacked my way through the evening. Not making it to the gym tonight either since the roads are so bad. My workout partner is snowbound as well. Well, better luck tomorrow. Maybe I'll try to load a workout video and burn some calories.
