@sheilabutler428 I just checked the label so I could accurately give you the nutrition info. I pay attention to carbohydrate intake as well, but I like to look at the whole picture. 1 scoop has 160 calories, 2.5g fat, 18g carbs (6 of which are fiber), 17g protein. Shakeology is low glycemic.
