Your comment about beige food reminded me of a fad diet from back in the day. No white food allowed. That was all there was to it.

Hi Phil, I don't know if you are referring to SairChew's breakfast or to the no white diet!
But now I think about it, the no white diet has some merit. No cream, white sauces, mayo, ice cream, white rice, white bread, white pasta etc.
