fascinating! I had to look up this veggie to learn more. Some sites say it tastes like a cucumber or sweet pepper. And also it has antioxidant properties. To me it kind of looks like milkweed. How cool. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cyclanthera_pedata
