Uhh, so hey guys!
Been awhile since I've posted, and I haven't accomplished much. I continue to work out, though not as heavily as before (that will change come tomorrow, I've recovered enough from the last six weeks of nonstop work/travel). I stopped recording my food, and I also stopped eating as healthily as I was. Not for lack of trying, but because when it's -46 celsius and you've worked hard all day, a small salad just doesnt work. Unfortunately the hot food options at work are friend, slathered in something, or just inedible, which led me to eating a lot more sweets than I normally would. Despite all that, I have not gained a pound since reaching 168, no matter what I seem to do to overindulge. Obviously, logic dictates that this won't always be the case, especially if I continue to eat unhealthily and not exercise, but it is an overwhelming relief to come home after no scales and no real way of measuring my progress, to find that I haven't sabotaged myself one bit. True, I could be about 150 by now had I stuck to the plan, but to be honest, I'm kind of happy here too. Being active and treating my body with respect is something I plan to do for the rest of my life, and it doesn't seem like a failure to not have gotten further by now.
