Did okay today, was gone a lot, but ate what I was supposed to, or close to it. Went to Claimjumpers tonight had tri tip steak and veggies. It was good and fit the diet. Lost 1 more pound today when I weighed in, was glad about that. We'll see how I do tomorrow and at weigh in on Monday. Hope my amiga Shelly did good, haven't talked to her today.
