Weigh in tomorrow - kinda apprehensive about it....I am 100% true to journaling my food intake ...weighed myself on the wii this morning and it shows I weigh the same as I did at my weigh in last Saturday.
I am trying to not let it get me down - I know my body needs time to adjust to the drasic reduction in calories...I'll keep plugging along -in my heart I know the results will show soon.
Looking forward to our town's Christmas parade tomorrow :)
