Stupid junk food breakfast. From now on, if I cannot eat at home, I am skipping breakfast or bringing something to work with me and eating there.

At times when I can't eat at home and still want breakfast, or if I'm out with others and fast food is the choice, I just get the ham & egg sandwich tell them to hold the cheese and then throw away the bun (or muffin or whatever it comes on). Its inexpensive, not terribly high in calories and pretty satisfying.
