sepagi ini udh makan semangka 1 mangkok, 1 jeruk baby, jagung rebus 1/2 bonggol, kripik singkong 75gr, nasi+jengkol+oseng daun pepaya, gpp lah kan udh turun 0,5kg BB nya, kasih reward ke mulut dan perut hehehe...
