Just when I complain that nobody notices, today a co-worker stated that I look like I lost weight. Ain't that a kick in the head? I've decided that I am going to be comfortable about my size whatever size that may be. I still have my goals, but I believe I need to learn to love myself a bit more. I want to buy new pants because the size 14 are saggy, but I'm afraid to try on size 12's. Crazy, but true. It would be like I was jinxing myself. I called the YMCA today in order to get a personal trainer. I need help. I think that I am going to have to step it up , but I don't know how right now. We'll see how this goes.
