Dang, I hate that scale. It lets me get a pound from me tier 1 (of 3) goal. Then it adds back on a pound. What a mean thing. I am going to see if I can break through in the next few days. I need to keep moving forward. Particularly with the Holidays coming up.

Especially with the holidays coming up! You'll get it back off, but for me the most important thing is staying focused despite it being baking season :-)

I broke down today and bought a new coat. First one in over 15 years. I bought it a size smaller than I normally would. As long as I don't have a large sweatshirt on with it, I can wear it. I am hoping that by spring this coat is too big for me. It will be my catalyst to keep going. I HATE wasting money!

Back to one pound to go to reach my first goal. Can I keep it going the right way is the question? I want to move onto goal two...

Congrats on the new coat, it will be loose in no time! You'll keep it going the right way for sure. You've lost enough pounds that by now you know what you're doing :-) Look out goal 2!

Thanks Yolanda...I am going to give it my all. I know it is adding exercise for the next level. I just am so lazy...

K, I did the same thing buying a coat that was a little bit too snug. I could have gotten the bigger size and it look better but I didn't want the bigger size. Hoping through the winter it will fit better. :)

You may have lazy habits/tendencies, but you are not lazy. It's a choice, and you can break through that whenever you're ready! :-)

Becky thanks! I thought I was crazy buying the coat that way...but I really wanted to be down a size in something. Since my jeans are now to the point of needing a belt I thought I should be able to do this. I NEEDED something to keep me motivated. I am only 1/3 of the way there. I want to lose so much more...at this rate it will take me 21 months to get to my goal weight. I guess less than two years for something that I took 24 years + putting on is not too bad. That is about a month to lose a years worth of gain.
