After 6 days on Phase 1 - Down 7 pounds.
It is getting easier each day.
After cheating last weekend (on Atkins at the time), I am almost back to my lowest weight. Cheating is just not worth it. I need to learn that nothing is off limits and eat it in moderation.
I might alternate phase 1/phase 2 after my 9 days. I need to get down into the 190's to make me feel on track.
