Forgot to weigh in yesterday, and then they day got away and I never posted a journal entry.
I did go to the gym last night, and only minor discomfort with my shoulder. I dropped my weight down so I was using a 12.5 dumbell instead of the kettlebell I originally grabbed for the various exercises - and it was fine. I was able to control it better and still feel like I was working, even though thats pretty light for me. I have to get over that notion that I have to have heavier weights to get a good workout because I use it as an "all or nothing" and end up not doing anything.
Anyway, I kept it pretty low cal wise during the day yesterday. I had leftover lo-mein for dinner which was just ok. Trying to keep it low today because were going to a local bar after work for drinks and whatever else. I like this place so Ill have to look at the menu ahead of time and try to plan so I can feel included, but not be an a-hole to myself.
My goal for this week has been to watch my food intake and track and so far Im doing alright. Its not 100% but its a whole hell of a lot better than the 0% I was doing before.
