Finally! I was on a plateau and i was stuck at 261. i couldn't seem to get enough protein so I bought Atkins protein shakes and i think that bumped me off. I only bought 4 to see if i liked them, they were ok but a little chalky. But the Equate french vanilla is really pretty good
So I have a question. Should I use the protein shake or the meal replacement I don't seem to be hungry at lunch so to drink something was good and light. Im open to any suggestions
