setelah WO trs sarapan melon & skrang lanjut makan siang berat sandwich isi bayam, putih telur,sdikit kornet sisa kmrin bkin soes maker dan tempe panggang alhamdulillah kenyaaaangg bangettttt bisa tahan sampe nanti makan sore (krna aku gak makan malam ya)
