Time to cut the crap, and get busy losing the bulk. I'd like to get dressed in the morning and not need to find something that fits. Just wear what I want to wear. No more 2-4x clothes. 1x or less is what I want.

It is holiday time and we are baking more than normal, and I am doing a large part of it for the first time ever. Just got to learn to make them, without eating a lot of them.

I got sidetracked (as always) and stopped using FatSecret to track my intake. I need to commit to it. Only takes 5 - 10 minutes a day to keep on top of it, and I am sure just by tracking it, I will benefit.

Also MUST stop getting breakfast on the way to work. THAT is going to kill me.
