I just noticed that I started my account March 2008. THAT'S CRAZY! Anyway, I've been using this app/tracker off and on for over 10 years and the one thing I can say is that "At least my weight has been pretty darn consistent!". Consistently 35 - 40 Lbs overweight but at least NOT gaining more.
Now I am going to start this weight losing, shape building, and health improving attempt again. I find that if nothing else, the food and exercise tracking keeps me aware of my bad habits, so I want to start tracking that again.
